Very good service experience Brian Evans provided excellent service. My 2017 Ram 2500 diesel experienced a bizarre transmission failure, and the transmission technician was top no Brian Evans provided excellent service. My 2017 Ram 2500 diesel experienced a bizarre transmission failure, and the transmission technician was top notch in his repair and the attention to detail from speaking with him. Brian was the one who took me back to speak with him to ensure me it was in good hands. Brian kept me informed the whole way through the process, and they were able to expedite the parts from Texas to get the truck repaired for me before the holiday. Additionally, Brian and the technician noticed other things that were not right unrelated to the transmission, and took it upon themselves to get it all fixed. Really, one of the better service experiences I have had. Thank you guys. My truck will be serviced by you throughout its lifetime. More

poor shop managment I called to get an oil change, diagnose undercarriage noise and 4wheel drive noise. I was told they were busy and should make an appointment for later I called to get an oil change, diagnose undercarriage noise and 4wheel drive noise. I was told they were busy and should make an appointment for later in the month, so I made an appointment for ten days later. On my scheduled day, I came in on time and talked to my service writer Toby who checked me in and said as soon as it is diagnosed he would call with an update, hopefully by end of day or the next morning. Realizing it was going to take a lot longer than I thought it should, I opted to rent a car as the Jeep is my only vehicle. On short notice, the only rental Toby could find was a $75 dollar a day truck, ouch. No word from Toby for the rest of the day or the next. I called around 1pm for an update and was told it was Toby’s day off and our Jeep was still sitting in the lot, no one had looked at it yet. Second day with an expensive rental and our appointment meant nothing! At this point I talked to the service supervisor, Sean. He called backed promptly with an apology and assurance the Jeep would be looked at today. He also said the rental car would be paid for by them for the rest of the time it was in the shop. Two days later, Toby called by end of day and said the Jeep was ready after several parts and fluids were replaced. I was not happy with the service taking four days but was glad Sean stepped in to help. Earlier in the month I had ordered a hard top for my Jeep that was to come into the shop in a few days, so I was hoping the shop would earn back my confidence when it came in for the install. I was told when I ordered the top it is a two-hour job, so I scheduled a day I could come in early and wait on it. On my scheduled day, I came in at 730am and was told not to wait because no one knows when it will get in the shop, really?!?! What good is making an appointment? So, I rented another car and left. Over seven hours later I called wanting an update and was told to come in at 330pm, it would be ready. Are you serious? Eight hours for a hard-top install on a jeep that had no top! I voiced my concerns about the poor customer service and was told the shop assigns work as they see fit, not by customer appointment. Then don’t take appointments! The roof install was done well and I am happy with it but the other service was lacking. The first time I took the jeep off road the squeaking and 4-wheel drive noise was still there. Having no confidence in the shop work or customer service I decided to take the jeep elsewhere. I stopped at NorCal tires and told them my issues and someone came right out, looked at the jeep and said they knew what the noise was and they could get me right in to have it fixed. I will not be going back to Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again, or recommending them to any jeep owners. More
