I made my service appointment using their online app about 2 weeks in advance. My appointment was confirmed by the app the morning of the appointment. But when I showed up there was a large discrepancy about 2 weeks in advance. My appointment was confirmed by the app the morning of the appointment. But when I showed up there was a large discrepancy in cost that turned out to have been caused by errors in their online application. I spoke to Val my service writer and Brandon the GM.
