AWESOME ! Check engine light came on in my 2016 RAM 4WD. I live in Roseville so I tried the local dealership. Was told I couldn't get it in for over a week. So Check engine light came on in my 2016 RAM 4WD. I live in Roseville so I tried the local dealership. Was told I couldn't get it in for over a week. So I called Auburn Dodge and they bring it right in. Forrest met me on the service drive and took all of my information. My advisor was Brian Evans and he was outstanding. Got the truck right in and in a short time the issue was identified. Couple hours later the truck was 100% and ready to go. Thank you Brian, Forrest and Auburn Dodge. I love the drive to Auburn and I'll certainly be back! More

This was a new experience for me, as in the past I had to peek through glass doors trying to find a service advisor who was 1) present and 2) not servicing another customer. This made the checkin experience for me much more smooth and enjoyable. Brian was very professional and answered all my questions, many before my even asking. The whole service experience went very smoothly and I came away vowing to return. More
