Exceptional customer service! Brian Evans, my service advisor was great!! Brought my 2016 Ram 2500 in for a serious steering problem that was very unusual. This is my only vehicl Brian Evans, my service advisor was great!! Brought my 2016 Ram 2500 in for a serious steering problem that was very unusual. This is my only vehicle and I need it for work. Brian diagnosed it as a significant safety issue and got me into the service schedule. Since the vehicle was there, Brian also had them repair three recall issues and do a needed oil change. After repairing the steering, they checked the alignment at no charge. All of this done overnight so I could get my truck back in service! Much appreciated !! More

Worth Traveling For I had a great experience with Ryan Andersen at Auburn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. He was unlike any other salesperson I’ve ever had to deal with in a VER I had a great experience with Ryan Andersen at Auburn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. He was unlike any other salesperson I’ve ever had to deal with in a VERY good way. He was likeable, and incredibly honest/genuine throughout my test drive and buying experience. He was knowledgeable with the vehicle I was purchasing and told me a lot that I didn’t previously know regarding it’s design and it’s features. When it became clear they didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock, he made sure to look elsewhere to get it delivered. I wish more salespeople were like him because it was a much more enjoyable experience not feeling like I was being forced to buy something I couldn’t afford/didn’t want, which is what I experienced at previous dealerships. The only negative thing I have to say is that I live out of the area. Despite that, I would still recommend this dealership and Ryan Andersen in particular. Thanks! More
