Crooks I thought we had a deal for a used Ford F150, at $20,500 and I told them I had my own financing through my credit union. They called my credit union and said the payment would be $381. I told them that it was incorrect and called my credit union myself. Sure enough my actual payment was to be $334. The sales manager called me and said that somebody had calculated with a "fat finger". I then told him that I still wanted the truck but would only pay $19,000, knowing they would not do the deal, but they had tried to screw me and I was really mad. Bottom line is that I was quite willing to give them their full asking price, but that wasn't good enough for these crooks. They just had to try to screw me on the payment. Also they shot a credit application to several banks that I had never given them permission to do, hurting my credit. Be very careful trying to deal with these crooks. More

Gave them permission to proceed and took about a week because they had to order parts. All along the way, service advisor Kristi Haley called to give updates on progress and costs. Although a bit more costly than a local shop would have charged, the workmanship and parts come with a 2-year warranty - good at any Chrysler dealership. Wished they served free food while you wait like the Honda dealer next door. More
