I am extremely satisfied with my new Cherokee and would have no problem purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. The only exception was my experience after leaving the dealership and going to dinner with friends to show off my purchase. One person commented that they were having difficulty seeing and then used her finger to write her name on the inside of the windshield. I would think that it would be better to thoroughly clean a new car before it is sold, certainly it would be less embarrassing for the buyer. More

An 'oasis' in a the desert of non-caring service A year ago I was looking for a new truck, and was advised to make the drive to Auburn Dodge if I really wanted a very competitive dealer coupled with A year ago I was looking for a new truck, and was advised to make the drive to Auburn Dodge if I really wanted a very competitive dealer coupled with stellar sales support and customer care. I did, and with the help of 'Tom' found my ideal truck and price followed by a fast and seamless closure. At the time, Tom also suggested that I continue to make the drive up to 'Auburn' to utilize their service department, assuring me that I would not be disappointed. Have had no issues with the truck since, and it was due for it's required oil change and I also had three recalls that had accumulated during the last year. Rather than going to the three dealers closer to me, I followed Tom's advice and made an appointment with their service department. I was immediately greeted by the service advisor Charles Bruce when I arrived. In the process of logging me into the system he noticed the 3 outstanding recalls and asked it I also wanted to take care of those during my visit... I hesitated as I had heard on the 'Forums' that one of them could take hours to complete... however he assured me that he could 'do it all' in approx. 1 1/2 hrs... AND HE DID! Also, the cost of the oil change for the truck was VERY competitive. Thanks Tom for my truck and your advice, and thanks Charles for the rare experience for me with positive service center performance - absolutely outstanding. Please pass this onto your fellow team members, as it takes a 'team' to make it a great dealer experience. In summary as stated at the beginning of my review... Sorry, you lost my business I took my Ram truck in for a warranty repair to repair the 5.7 “hemi-tick” exhaust leak. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon and I would get I took my Ram truck in for a warranty repair to repair the 5.7 “hemi-tick” exhaust leak. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon and I would get a call when ready. No call so I called. I was told they needed three days to fix. Being at the end of the warranty, I agreed. End of week, no call. They HADN’T EVEN STARTED THE REPAIR! I was told they would need to pull the cylinder head to fix. At that point I took my truck back and it ticked even louder than when I brought it in. Sorry guys, I can’t trust you. More
