Worst experience of my life. I will NEVER take a vehicle back to Auburn Ram again. I am about four months from purchasing another truck, but I will make sure I steer clear of this dealer. We were lied to by the service technician and they tried to cover up their work. If they would have just been honest and told us upfront the mistake they made in my truck then things would be different, but they cannot change that now. I cannot imagine the damage my truck would have incurred had I not recognized a me I already problem within 1/2 mile of driving it off the lot and returned it. To cover up their poor workmanship they even pressure washed the engine compartment and all the padding that is up against the hood when lifted. Then lied. More
