The impatient, unfriendly service man Robert on Saturdays apparently has no one to shuttle clients home. I had to call my half blind father, who lives over two hours away and drives a broken down little beat apparently has no one to shuttle clients home. I had to call my half blind father, who lives over two hours away and drives a broken down little beater to come and get me. On a rainy day for my almost blind dad to have to come get me, it was basically an emergency, I even called to see if AAA could give me a ride home. 💔So disappointed in this dealership as we had scheduled for a month in advance and I even called the week before to remind them about the part. This should not have happened. at the very least when I got there at 10 in the morning, the service coordinator, Robert could’ve told me that the part had not arrived but rather I waited until 2 o’clock in the afternoon when my appointment was at 10 AM. I called at 11 I called at 12 and then had to start harassing them at 1 o’clock only to find out that the part wasn’t even in the shop. Absolutely terrible service on Robert’s behalf. More
