The impatient, unfriendly service man Robert on Saturdays apparently has no one to shuttle clients home. I had to call my half blind father, who lives over two hours away and drives a broken down little beat apparently has no one to shuttle clients home. On a rainy day for my almost blind dad to have to come get me, it was basically an emergency, I even called to see if AAA could give me a ride home. 💔So disappointed in this dealership as we had scheduled for a month in advance and I even called the week before to remind them about the part. This should not have happened. at the very least when I got there at 10 in the morning, the service coordinator, Robert could’ve told me that the part had not arrived but rather I waited until 2 o’clock in the afternoon when my appointment was at 10 AM. I called at 11 I called at 12 and then had to start harassing them at 1 o’clock only to find out that the part wasn’t even in the shop. Absolutely terrible service on Robert’s behalf. More

There were several to choose from but my hunch was that Auburn Jeep might be the best choice for me. My local automotive shop agreed with me. My son was with me, and when Robert Brassfield greeted us in the Parts Department with a friendly smile and a warm welcome, I knew I made the right decision. An employee like Robert is a treasure.
