Chris Lawson has been by far the best service writer I have ever experienced. He parks our vehicles where they can’t get for dinged and inside the shop overnight. He notices things that can be fixed when driving our cars and takes car of them. He helps with scheduling to make all the repairs happen in a timely manor.
