Wow, what a surprising and great experience I had after months of very poor service efforts by another Jeep dealership that couldn't, but even worse wouldn't, diagnose the problem I was having. That was al months of very poor service efforts by another Jeep dealership that couldn't, but even worse wouldn't, diagnose the problem I was having. That was all because I stopped into see Charlie Bruce here at Auburn Jeep who had helped me a few months prior where I couldn't find a simple remedy on my Yakima Roof rack and box. Charlie Bruce immediately introduced me up to the head technician there (who I forget his name, sorry) who immediately dropped what he was doing to hear my concern and offered to take a test drive with me. Within the first 2 or 3 blocks of driving our 2 or 3 mile test drive he knew what my problem was and offered to pull it up on the rack and give his professional (and thourough) diagnose. His driving hunch was correct and he repaired my longterm unsolvable issue from the other Jeep dealership issue the next day and I realized I found a service dealership that cared for their customers and their related problems (Charlie Bruce) right along with the head guy in the shop to provide me with such complete concern and care and conclusions. I highly recommend Auburn Jeep and Charlie Bruce and the head Technician (sorry again that I don't have his name) as the best in their related positions there! I am now a dedicated customer there at Auburn Jeep and look forward to working with this service department and specifically Charlie Bruce for all my service needs. More

My check engine light was on so I drove the car to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon.
