Up until just recently I've had zero issues with my truck. The team at Ram, led by Anthony, have been incredible to deal with. Everything was finished in a timely manner and the guys there were patient and listened to everything I was dealing with. Anthony in particular was awesome. Anytime I had a question he was easy to get a hold of and stayed in close communication with me throughout the process. I never felt like I was a burden - he was very friendly and down to earth. I was beginning a 3 week trip driving to Wyoming. We left from the Bay Area on Saturday, July 1st. As I am driving on I-80 a warning light goes off on my car and I pull over. My alternator is smoki We left from the Bay Area on Saturday, July 1st. As I am driving on I-80 a warning light goes off on my car and I pull over. My alternator is smoking and the car is completely dead. No electronics, no nothing. I have the car towed into the Auburn Dodge/ Jeep dealership. We arrive at about 2 pm. After hearing my dilemma about the beginning of a 3 week trip going awry, Charlie Bruce quickly assists me, and has a mechanic take a quick look at the car. He confirms that a celanoid and alternator are shot, along now with the battery on the car. Now , they close in 2 and a half hours, are closed on Sunday, and my expectation of continuing our trip that day are nil. Charlie talks with Steve, the mechanic, and they jump right onto the repair. Unbelievably, my car is done in 2 hours!!!! They have me back on the road, continuing our trip. I cannot begin to say how happy I was that they recognized my plight and placed such a high priority on my situation. They went WAY above the call of duty to take care of me. Unbelievable!!!!
