I went to Gray Chewvrolet first and spent 20 minutes looking at cars in their lot and not once did anyone even come out to talk with me. I left and emailed them my experience. I never heard from them again. Second I went to Hazelwood Chevrolet. The salesman there was courtious but boring with a lot of blah, blah, blah. I also didn't feel he was trying to get me a decent deal. Jason gave me a price over the phone and told me to come over and he would show me the pricing. He also stated he was friendly and not pushy. I also got a phone call from some gal from Auburn chevrolet checking to see of Jason was following thru. I drove over there and he was friendly, courtious, and knowledgeable. He showed me everything on paper as we went so it was easy to follow. There were no problems. Things could not have gone better. The trade in was better, the price was better and even the finance charges were a little less than the other place. Ingo came out and introduced himself. Then we went in and did the financing. He also was pleasant and professional. I have bought a number of vehicles in my lifetime and this was as good or better than any of them. Sincerely, Ralph Cummins More

Did the entire deal over the Internet via email and phone. Purchased site unseen but well researched and they trusted my word and photos for my trade in. Agreed to prices without hassles and I thingk both parties made a fair deal. What a concept. These are honest and straight up folks and it was a pleasure to deal with. They got my new truck prepped with some aftermarket products that I needed added from a third party and it was all ready when I arrived from Alaska to pick it up. Two months later I already have two cross country trips and 9000 miles on the truck and couldn't be happier with my choice to purchase from Auburn! More
I went this dealer for a car i seen on the web for12999. when i ask the price on that car salesmen said 19500.00. when i told him i saw it on the web for 12999.00. he said prove it. like i walk around with when i ask the price on that car salesmen said 19500.00. when i told him i saw it on the web for 12999.00. he said prove it. like i walk around with a computer all the time so he went inside and came back out and said i was right i test drove it. work just fine i left my contact info and left called back later to work on the price they seemed pretty up set that i even ask that question of lowering the price. then sales guy hanged up on me so i called back to talk to the manager. he made an excuse for the salesmen grandmother died recently. even if this is true that is no excuse to hang up on a customer. all he had to say is i will see what i can do for you but no he had to hang up on me then the manager said if you want to buy the car for the price of 12999.00. i had to do it that night or the price will go up i checked the next day price went to 18000.00+ i will never buy a car at auburn chev and i will go out of my way to tell people don't buy a car at that place More

My overall experience was excellent. I did get a good deal on the new car and the best price I feel I could of got with my trade in which had a branded title. What Jason told us actually happened with no surprises except for good ones. We were not going to trade in our Escalade but were able to trade it in to pay off the balance. We were so use to being told one thing by a dealer and then getting there and having to pay more out of our pocket at the last minute that if they had asked for more money we would have left without the car. The only thing that we did not like was the car had 197 mile already on it. We showed it to our brother in law and he is considering coming in to your dealership for his next purchase. More
