Purchased a new Equinox I needed to buy a new car and wanted to work with a team and a dealership that would make it as easy as possible for me to do this and that I would fe I needed to buy a new car and wanted to work with a team and a dealership that would make it as easy as possible for me to do this and that I would feel comfortable with post sale for service and support. I work in sales so I am instantly turned off by any gimmick or sales pitch. I initially worked with John Helland over the phone and he was a straight shooter. When I got to the dealership I worked with Stephen Lucas. I knew exactly what I wanted, what I had to offer and what were make or break pieces to the equation for me. Stephen worked with me and I was able to complete the whole purchase and walk out with my new Equinox in just under 3 hours. I am rude and cannot remember the name of the woman I worked with in the finance department but she was excellent, kind and patient. Finally, Kendrick George did a great job of making me feel comfortable with the service capabilities of the dealership. I am not from here so it was very important I trusted the folks I did business with because I like to be loyal with my business and know who I am dealing with. More

I couldn't be happier! I'd come in to look at some used car options with Faiz but when I arrived he was occupied with another customer so John H took over. We had looked at one used car when the possibility of leasing something new came into conversation. I will admit that I've been coveting the Chevy Sonic ever since it was released as the replacement for the Aveo I'd been driving so I was more than willing to listen to this suggestion. Long story short I took the lease option and drove a brand new Sonic off the lot last night. Everyone I worked with was super friendly, Faiz kept checking in to make sure everything was going well, Pavel in finance had me in and out of his office with lightning speed and never once did I feel like I'd been pressured into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. I will without hesitation work with the great people at Auburn Chevrolet again. (Just a word... If you're working with John H make sure you brush up on your corny jokes beforehand. He's got some good ones and you'll want to be able to keep up). :) More

I returned this month to purchase a new Chevy Silverado for myself because of the great experience I had with Faiz in December. Faiz took his time to find the Silverado with all of the options I wanted. There was no rush or pressure at all and Faiz worked within my price range. Also another salesman mentioned that the car was a good buy at 16,700 which was over 1,000 less then my salemen told me was possible to do! So that being said, I don't necessarily feel ripped off but, I do not feel like I got the best deal I could possibly get. And for the reason I do not think I would recommend or purchase from this dealer again. Ps. they did forget to fill the tank as promised for a new car purchase but, I went back and they filled it up for me so not a big deal. More
