It's was ok I walked into your dealership expecting to be turned away, so I could go down the road to get a used car. But no, I had to walk into a guy that said it's not a problem. He showed me one brand new car and said this is the car I can get you into. I was in heaven, then he handed me off to another great salesman, that was a blast to be around. He told me I couldn't get the first car they showed me. My heart was broken. Then he showed me an even better car than the first one, in top of that he got me one great deal on this wonderful car. Happy "Cruze Hatchback" Buyer! After an unfriendly visit to another Chevrolet dealership, we drove to Auburn to see if they had a Cruze Hatchback that we could test drive. We met w After an unfriendly visit to another Chevrolet dealership, we drove to Auburn to see if they had a Cruze Hatchback that we could test drive. We met with Brent on Sunday for a test drive, we left the dealership to discuss the purchase. No pressure with honest & friendly help! We called on Monday to offer a price that we saw at another dealership and it was honored. Brent was not at the dealership on that Monday, but Tyler helped us with the purchase. I was cautiously optimistic about its authenticity because it was the only one listed at that price. The deal, after manufacture incentives, was good enough to have an upgraded model selling for cheaper than the advertised base model. I showed up at the dealership the the vin number in hand and was happy to find the vehicle still there. After a test drive, I let their very enjoyable salesman Chang know I wanted the vehicle. I was able to drive it home at the advertised price not too terribly long later. I left a happy customer. More

They also wanted to make sure I understood the features of the car and asked me to come back so they can explain in detail all the features my car has to offer.
