Dismissive Asst Service Manager I went there to get my two flat tires replaced. I had a warranty I bought from Expressway Toyota who assured it would be honored at any Toyota dealer. Upon arrival the asst service manager was very dismissive as I tried to explain that I had a warranty. He insisted that the warranty would be honored there because I didn't buy the car from them. He said the payment would be a hassle for them. When I spoke to expressway they said they don't understand why he would honor the insurance.I will no go back there to get my car serviced nor purchase anything from them. It appeared he asst service manager was to occupied trying to eat his meatball sub for lunch. I went to Goodyear tire and they immediately took my care, replaced the tires, and shortly after got their payment. More

I had an appointment at ATLANTIC TOYOTA in Lynn, MA for excessive oil consumption test covered by Toyota's Warranty Enhancement Program. The service rep tried to charge me for an oil change as he said it's needed for this test although the letter from Toyota clearly says the addition of oil (not a change-I just did it!) will be provided free of charge. When I mentioned that he said he wouldn't do it for free anyway and after I was about to leave he clearly and loudly said 'suck it'. I complained to the Service Dept. manager, Peter Carey, and he replied 'None of my people would say that' (!) After that he asked me what I am doing in Lynn area with NH plates!!! Seriously, IS THIS TOYOTA??? More

After work order input she directed me to a very nice waiting area, indicated there was coffee and goodies, and directed me to the rest rooms. Work was done in a timely manner. Would recommend. More

MY car had a Steering wheal problem. send to this dealer. fixed it but did not Align it. send it 5 times for the same problem did not fix it was advised nothing wrong with it. send it to a different dealer w fixed it but did not Align it. send it 5 times for the same problem did not fix it was advised nothing wrong with it. send it to a different dealer was advised steering wheal need alignment but extended warranty wont pay. very upsed of the situation. will never use this dealer ever again. One year ago I was in the market for a new car; I knew I wanted a RAV4. I was determined to find the best price possible and was willing to visit every dealership within a 50 mile radius of my house. Atlantic Toyota was the 2nd Toyota dealership I visited (I had a less-than-pleasant experience at another local Toyota dealership and decided to move on). I met with Shane Dennis, who said "I want to make this the last Toyota dealership you visit" and he did! Shane is an amazing salesman - professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient - and took the time to make sure I was getting the exact car I wanted. He discussed various financing options with me to make sure my purchase was within my budget. He called me a few days after I took possession of the RAV4 to make sure I was still happy with my decision. I put 30,000+ miles on my vehicle each year for work, so I return to Atlantic Toyota almost monthly for regular service visits and oil changes. Each and every time I am waiting in Atlantic's lovely waiting room, Shane comes by to say hello (remembering my name each time) and to chat for a few minutes. My vehicle is always serviced in under the amount of time I'm quoted, and the service is always perfect. Everyone at this dealership is pleasant and helpful, but Shane goes above and beyond the requirements of his job to please his customers. I am now a loyal Toyota owner, and a loyal Atlantic Toyota customer. I am positive that when the time comes for a new vehicle (another Toyota, of course), this is the dealership I will purchase from. More
Bought a extended guarantee so I have to bring my car in for oil changes. I complete regret doing so cause the service dept is the worst I've ever dealt with. I always make an appt and I can't understand why it takes an average of 1 1/2 - 2 hours to get a simple oil change. My last appt was the icing on the cake, I went in to have an inspection sticker done and to have a part replaced. The part had been ordered the week before and I had already received a call phone the service agent and also received a post card confirming this (which I thought was great). However, brought my car in and after being there for over an hour, I was informed that the inspection was completed but that the part wasn't there. I even showed the post card and all I was told was that I needed to speak to the service agent that placed the order but that the part wasn't there. I just find this completely unacceptable! At this point I'm contemplating going to another dealer and paying to avoid the headaches and the unprofessionalism that this dealer has shown me. I will NEVER recommend this dealer and will make sure to share my experience/s with everyone I know! More
well I took my car to an independent shop because i thought that my technician will be cheaper. I was in shock when he told me that the reason for my noise was worn out susp all around and gave me an e thought that my technician will be cheaper. I was in shock when he told me that the reason for my noise was worn out susp all around and gave me an estimated of $885 + an aligment, i didn,t had the money so i took my car. weeks later I need it a insp sticker and i always go to the dealer for the sticker(only) while talking to lorraine i ask for a quote on susp all around she told me that the car had to be check in order for them to know what was the problem. cost to check $45 i decide to do it just to get a diferent opinion. Even dough I was waiting for a hour the technician Lui came and told me that i had couple of options and that he was glad to explain them to me, he took me back to the shop and my car was up on the lift he show me my suspension and this two rubber pieces on the stabalizer bar he said that there was nothing wrong with the struts and that if I replaced the bushing that will take care of the problem I wasn't sure if that was really going to get rid of the problem. But he look like he knew what he was talking about, so I decided to do it and WOW that was it the bill went from been almost 1000 to 150. thank you so much Lui, you change the way I used to see dealer technicians am definetly going back. thank you to you to lorraine great people. This was not my first visit. I come all the way from Lowell to Lynn about a 55 minute drive. Waiting for the work to be done is not a problem because of their pleasant waiting area. The management of this service department is to be highly commended. I am about ready to visit the Sales Department to purchase a new Toyota and feel certain I will experience the same great satisfaction. More
