Hassle free experience I took my 2008 Solara in for its routine service on a Saturday. I had an appointment so I quickly worked with Lorraine to get checked in. The service area was busy and everyone I encountered who worked there was friendly and polite. They always take great care of the car and let me know what is going on with it. I feel very lucky to be able to give Atlantic Toyota my trust in servicing my car. The car is almost 10 years old and I plan to continue to drive it for many more years. The service I get from Atlantic is going to help me do that. When the time comes to purchase a new car, I know I can buy it from Atlantic and continue to use their service department with confidence. More

However, if the general manager wouldn't work with me and listened to my complaint I would give Atlantic Toyota one star or even none. Just a routine visit My Prius was due for a tire rotation. My visit was on schedule. I was checked in and waited in the clean and warm waiting room. Great dealership The office is great. It is larger than the dealer in Lexington. The waiting area is at least 10 times bigger. You can park your car inside the indoor The office is great. The waiting area has a room for kids. Free coffee and donuts m. Only downside is that the service took 1.5 hrs instead of the regular 1 1/4, but it was worth the extra 15 min of pleasure. More

The service managers are the the most courteous and friendly professionals I've met in the automobile industry. I just service my vehicle this morning for the annual safety inspection, and had another great experience. This family ran organization really does treat everyone like family. There's no pressure to purchase any additional services and the atmosphere is warm, and inviting. I've been to dealerships like IRA to service my vehicles and they will try to up-sell unnecessary service products, and in addition their service managers are extremely rude, impatient, and uninviting. Keep up the great work Atlantic! More
