If I could give negative stars, I most certainly would. Michael Prach is the epitome of a slimy car salesman -- say anything for a sale, leave you high and dry as soon as you sign on the dotted line. Nearly everything he told me was a lie; from the rebates that I would get, to how long it would take to get my registration, to him being there to help with an issue with my other car. The list continues. Moreover, he's not even willing to "help out" a disabled veteran. It's not even help that he held back but rather a veteran's discount that he blatantly told my husband he didn't qualify for when in fact, he most certainly did. Don't buy your car from Atlantic Toyota, they're dishonest and disingenuous. But if you have no other choice and must shop there, for your own sanity DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM MICHAEL PRACH! More
