The service department was super busy and I waited a very long time.I had ann appointment. After 2 hrs when I checked progress, they hadn’t even begun. No one let me know. I can only compare this dealership to Mastria. This dealership knocks it out of the park by comparison. That said, Mastria set a very low bar. Terrible. I waited almost a month to get the check for my trade in - they told me it was "in the mail" - I drove down and had to request in person. I cancell I waited almost a month to get the check for my trade in - they told me it was "in the mail" - I drove down and had to request in person. I cancelled the "tire/wheel" insurance plan on March 9th - confirmed with the insurance co that check was sent to dealer, confirmed with Robert the finance manager that Atlantic received the check - they still haven't sent to me and Robert has not returned repeated calls - for a couple of hundred dollars, they have lost me as a customer and I will tell everyone I know of my bad experience - there are plenty of dealerships - GO ELSEWHERE. More
