Her experience was great and surprised her at how easy the staff made it for her. The dealer handled her trade and both the price for the New Subaru and what they gave her for trade sealed the deal. Horrible people! Funny. Looking for another car almost two years after my run in with these people, found the comments and was compelled to weigh in. Negotiated a price over the phone one Saturday morning contingent that I liked the car when I got there. Everything was fine and left a deposit later that afternoon. Proceeded to get third party financing. The financing process took about a week to finalize. Called the dealership and left messages or spoke with the salesman or their financing guy every other day. Went in with check in hand following Saturday. Found my salesman and he told me that I would have to speak with the sales manager. Went in with him and he closed the door behind me. Knew something was up. Turned out they sold the car out from under me. Now mistakes happen and I was trying to figure out how this one did. The sales manager lied to me telling me that someone involved in the financing had called him and told him that I was not going to buy the car. I said something to the effect that this was bullsh!@. He immediately got up from his desk and charged at me and started swearing at me. Not one to back down we ended up chest to chest full on shouting at each other in the showroom full of customers on a Saturday afternoon. He continued to threaten me, asking "what are you going to do about it tough guy?" Finally an employee who I thought was an owner the way he handled himself and the manager, pulled the guy back. Turns out that he was just a salesman that reported to this guy! They were not even going to refund my deposit as the sales contract said I had three days to close. I refused to leave until I got my deposit back. They threatened to call the police as I was on private property. I told them to go right ahead. I wanted to press charges against the guy that threatened me. They then refunded my deposit. You would think that someone up the food chain would hear about this and give me a call to try and smooth things over? Nope. I waited until Tuesday and asked to speak with the owner. He wasn't around so I left a message. He called me back so I went down and told him about the incident. Do you know what he offered me? His apologies and to find the same car for the same price. Another awesome and easy purchase of a 2007 Mercedes GL 450 at Atlantic Subaru. This is my 5th car in 4 years from Levon. Id highly recommend the dealership to anyone. I've been buying cars from them for years now and have nothing but praise for the people who work there. My initial sales experience was great. I wanted a luxury pre-owned vehicle but I wasn't sure which one. The salesperson was very accomodating, helpful and had a ton of knowledge on each vehicle. I was able to test drive several different vehicles over a couple weeks before making my decision. I was never pressured, and I ended up getting a great deal...getting out of my VW (from another dealer) and into a Lexus SUV for not much more than I was already paying!Since then, I've had a great relationship with their service department, who always goes the extra mile for me. I have recommended Atlantic Subaru to many people and I will continue to do so. More
Be very specific about the price you are paying and look over the paperwork closely before you sign. They "added" lojack and eniro protection to the price when I got in the back room. The worst part has been a lack of response since I started to question these things a day after the sale. At the least be responsive to your customers. I believe in karma so.... More

The WRX I was sold was one of two like it on the lot. I was told it was discounted because it had "been sitting on the lot too long". We had been trying to buy a new Outback in a specific color. We found it online at this dealership. We called and set up a meeting and were met with a very friendly, knowledgeable saleman. We had test driven the car elsewhere so we really just had a few questions and the negotiations to work through. Gegham, our salesman, was terrific to deal with - no pressure, no drama, no overselling. He answered all our questions and made the negotiation process very simple and fair. We returned in a couple of days to pick up our new car. Here, we did hit a bit of a bump. We had out of state drivers licenses and the dealership was unable to register the car online. As it was late in the day they couldn't get to Motor Vehicles either. However, they made it right by giving us a new car as a loaner and arranging to deliver our car the next day to our home which was some distance away. All the employees we came in contact with were polite, friendly and professional. Gegham deserves special mention not only for our initial contact with him but he was always available - even after the sale - to answer any questions we had about the car. Having purchased many cars over the years this stands out as the best all around experience. More
This dealer promissed that the late model used BMW that I purchased for my son would come with at least two keys and an owners manual. I had already had a bad experience with a foreign car in the past where a valet lost my one and only key and I ended up being without the car for a week. I did not want to go thru that again. After repeated promisses from salesperson, F&I person and eventually the office receptionist that the key and manual was forthcoming I was finally told that they did not have another key or manual and I was on my own. I called tghe Sales Manager Mike who became arrogant and referred me to the paperwork that we had signed. I tried to explain to him that this was no way to treat a new customer and that tghey should order the extra key and manual from the factory if they did not have it. The sales manager told me that I would have to come back to the dealership to discuss this since they did not accept responsibility for thes items even though promissed first by saleman 'Sean' then by F&I person (Nick I think) and then by Mary. I told salemanager Mike that I was leaving for Florida in the morning and would not be back to the Cape untill the Spring since I am a Summer resident. He said " have a nice trip we will still be here in the Spring". He said this in a somewhat cocky arrogant attitude. This dealers customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I buy at least one new car a year and usually at least two more used ones for family or employees. After purchasing hundreds of cars over a quarter of a century I have never had a problem that would bring me to the point of writing a review of any kind. This is the first and only review I have ever written about a car dealer but felt it had to be done. Buyer beware. More
Car was returned with damage they denied creating. This, after 2 trips for the same problem--and then a week later I discovered it still was not fixed!!!! A second problem also took two trips to fix. While they provided me with loaner for which I was very grateful, it still took an hour of my time each trip I made: 4 hours of travel time for 2 problems, and that doesn't count waiting room time to diagnose problem. Went there because of a friend, who no longer works there. Ceretainly would not go back nor would I recommend them. More
