The dealership staff, especially Andrew Nickerson and Jason Silva, were extremely personable, patient, professional and very easy to work with while in negotiating my trade-in vehicle (which was a 2011 Mercedes Benz Convertible E350), and also for the negotiation, purchase and financing of my almost new 2012 Mercedes Benz E550 convertible. I live in the Washington DC area and probably would not have driven all the way up to the dealership in Massachusetts if it were not for sales representative Andrew Nickerson's welcoming personality and ability to discuss specifics of the vehicle I was interested in, and also all purchase options clearly and concisely. Once at the dealership, I was greeted both by Andrew and several other staff and felt quite at home. This was also especially true with respect to ultimately negotiating all aspects of my trade-in value and for the new vehicle purchase. I did not ever feel any of the awkward and pressured feelings of being pushed or hassled into a deal I may not had wanted. Rather, the whole discussion/negotiation process with Andrew for both my trade-in and purchase of the new vehicle was actually quite an enjoyable experience both personally and professionally, and I felt confident that I had agreed to a deal that was very reasonable. The finance process with Jason Silva for my new vehicle was excellent as well. Jason was exceedingly professional, patient, and fully conversant in presenting all of the financing options in full detail for me to consider. Most importantly, Jason feasibly enabled the sale to be completed with very reasonable financing. Again, I can't emphasize enough how the staff at Atlantic Subaru consistently made me feel at ease and confident through this whole process from beginning to end. I have been, and will continue to recommend the dealership and share my excellent experience with colleagues, friends and family and may quite possibly purchase my next vehicle from this dealership as well even though I live almost 500 miles away ! ~ Many, many thanks to Atlantic Subaru and staff ! ! ! ! ! ! ~ Benjamin C. My experience I had at this dealership was wonderful. I made an appointment to look at a vehicle on a Saturday, and drove my new vehicle home that same day! My experience at Atlantic Subaru has been very pleasant. He was not pushy and made the experience much less stressful than any other previous car buying experience that I've had. The price was right compared with what I have seen online. They had the car in stock and everything worked right. The finance manage Louise was very pleasant as well. There were no hidden fees or anything additional they tried to push on me like previous car dealers have tried to, she did offered an extended warranty at an attractive price that I could not pass up. Thank you Bob and Louise, I will be back to purchase my next car from you at Atlantic Subaru! More

He was very knowledgable about the product and explained all the pros and cons of the 2014 vs 2013 Forester and ultimately made my desicion an easy one. When I returned from combat in Iraq I was hesitant about spending my hard earned money, but I needed a car and did not want to buy a beater to constantly throw money at to fix. Subaru was the "in" brand fo spending my hard earned money, but I needed a car and did not want to buy a beater to constantly throw money at to fix. Subaru was the "in" brand for performance car so I stopped by Atlantic Subaru and was greated right away. Salesman Mike Sakkas explained to me the science residual values and cost of ownership, he even bought me lunch! After 5 test drives to see what I liked, I found my car. I did go to 4 other dealerships including another local Subaru dealership. I realized that every dealership can sell you the same model for the same price but Atlantic Subaru was just amazing in their dealership and product presentation. Mike even walked me through the service department and introduced his coworkers whom explained how maintenance and warranty issues work. Well, that was 5 years ago, I have bought a new car from Atlantic Subaru every year, along with my wife, family and friends. My brand new car is fantastic! Thanks Atlantic Subaru and Mike Sakkas! Merri was very helpful in helping me try to decided what car i wanted to buy for my first new car. She was very understanding and took her time with me, since this was the first time i was looking at buying car i wanted to buy for my first new car. I am a 61 year old Massachusetts resident and homeowner. I realize as a mature adult I am responsible for my actions and any contracts I may enter into. Despite that, I was baited and switched on my purch I realize as a mature adult I am responsible for my actions and any contracts I may enter into. Despite that, I was baited and switched on my purchase of a new Subaru from Atlantic Subaru I purchased my first ever new car on April 11 but now realize the bait was an attractive price of under $28000. When signing came one week later the agreed sale price had become $37130 full retail on the vehicle and accessories. I raised the question to Louise the business manager who assured me the increase pertained to special Subaru enhanced insurance and customer care programs which I remember being spoken of during negotiation but thought were Subaru promotions and not in fact expensive dealer add-ons. I was advised not to worry and assured they could be stricken later if I chose. I can't explain now why I didn't insist on calling the salesman in. I remember continuing to question the higher price with Louise but allowed myself to be lulled into signing thinking I was dealing with a reputable company and the price could be adjusted later. When I walked out of the signing, I explained my problem to the salesman Mr. Vatousiou and asked to see the new car worksheet he worked from. He assured me it was available but not at hand. If there were any problems, I could speak to the dealership owner Mr. Levon Semerjian and in the meantime began showing me the features of my new car. I realize I shouldn't have let myself be sidetracked but that’s what happened. The owner happened to not be available that day so I took the next available appointment one week later. On returning and speaking with the owner a Mr. Semerjian. I found him to be dismissive and attempting to dazzle me with facts and figures that didn't pertain to the discrepancy just, as Louise had done. He also insisted the higher price was a result of the extras which as mentioned above were not Subaru promotions but still didn't explain why the sales price had changed so drastically. I left frustrated and dissatisfied. A few days later I returned again to have a protective material installed on the nose of my new car. On this day I spoke with Louise again and canceled all the Subaru dealer add-ons that were not required of me for a new car purchase. It's an interesting coincidence that I came away that day after canceling the extra insurance with a dime size dent 10 inches below the driver’s door handle that would have been covered under one of the add on programs I'd just canceled. It's not glaringly apparent at first glance but is a daily reminder of what I've been put through by Atlantic Subaru. I don't say it was deliberately done but the timing is interesting. I have just returned from a 4700 mile trip and this dent is still the only blemish on my vehicle. I am now using Beard Subaru who would have sold me the exact vehicle for $32,922 instead of Atlantic Subaru's underhanded and inflated $37130. More
I did not end up buying from this dealership; however, out of the 8 that I worked with I was most impressed with the straightforward nature of Meredith. That's why I'm taking the time to make sure that Atlantic Subaru is recognized and given positive accolades when due. I'm writing a great review for Atlantic Subaru for the following: I just bought my third car in the past five years, and all three times was with Atlantic Subaru. Levon's first question to me is usually: have you been take care of? and the answer is yes. Levon advises his team to take good care of his customers and I am vouching for the fact that they have. I spend a lot of time in my car, and for that reason, I've purchased three cars at Atlantic Subaru, and each purchase was a good experience, and each experience was better and better. My most recent experience was excellent, thanks to the attention and sales experience of both Gegam and Sam. In fact, Sam is probably the best car salesman I've ever met. They listened, delivered, and my experience was exceptional.The process was fairly fast and very pleasant, Louise handled my financing needs efficiently and I am a very happy customer. Also, I return to the service department for regular maintenance and the experience there has been excellent as well, so when the next service is due, I plan to be at Atlantic Subaru. Overall, I would rate the experience I have had with Subaru for the past five years as very good and I plan on continuing to let everyone know that I highly recommend Subaru. L. Taylor, Bourne, Ma. I emailed Atlantic Subaru because I was looking to trade my 2005 Forester (which I purchased at Atlantic Subaru) in 2005 for a 2010 Forester. Michael called me several times to tell me what he had for 2010 Foresters and the prices. I went into the showroom and didn't see any Foresters I liked. They were going to order the car I wanted but it was going to take 3 weeks and I was leaving for vacation before then and needed the car sooner. Michael and the staff at Atlantic Subaru found a 2010 Forester that I wanted for the price we agreed upon and had the car there in 3 days. I did my homework..... I knew what a new Subaru Forester cost, the Kelly Blue Book "ballpark" price for my 2005 Forester. I picked up my beautiful silver 2010 Forester last week. The Atlantic Subaru salesmen and the office staff were professional, honest, and delivered to me the car I wanted, a price that was fair, and all the paperwork done on time. Michael sat with me in the vehicle and went through all the features that were new or improved since I purchased my last Subaru 5 years ago. I love the Subaru because I feel safe driving it and I love Atlantic Subaru for another great car buying experience. More
