Would have rated yes except for the fact after doing the 15000 mile recommended service for $350 they returned the car and the service tech. left the passanger seat fully flat out and they didn't even run t 15000 mile recommended service for $350 they returned the car and the service tech. left the passanger seat fully flat out and they didn't even run the car thru a car wash. I know that the mech. had to move the car seat all the way back to replace the cabin filter but the customer should not have to put the care back to it's original position ,The dealer and the mechanic who performed the service HAS to do that before returning the car. Also the dealership should return the car after running it thru the car wash,which they didn't do. THAT'S WHAT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's what makes you go back to the dealership you bought the car from. This is the second time I brought my car in for service and was DISSAPOINTED. I question going back again. I really don't need to sit for 3 hours and then have to put my car back to where it was prior to bring it in for service, A clean car with everything as it was before bringing it in IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHERE IT'S GUYS. That's what bring's them back. More
