Had a 10am appointment only one person waiting before me. After I sat in waiting room 4 other people came in for their appointments- they all left before I did. I was there from 930-1 there were no snacks (which was hard since I’m pregnant with twins and didn’t think I’d be there that many hours so I needed to feed my body) I was told it was going to be a Quick Look because it was for a recall on a camera and to check my steering wheel but it turned into a 4 hour visit. The worse part is I have to go back once the new piece that was recalled comes in! More

Everyone in the service department was very pleasant, from the technicians to the front desk personnel. Keven was very helpful in particular. I was having minor maintenance work done on my car when they found a recall issue that needed to be addressed. This was going to take significantly longer than expected and I had an appoinment later that morning. Well, I was immediately offered a loan-a -car to run my errands and told not to worry, just bring it back the next day. I explained that I was in a graduate program and had class directly after work and would not be out until after the dealership was closed. Without hesitation he just said no problem, just bring it back the day after. I just found the accommodating nature of him as well as everyone else there was exemplary. Enough so that I decided to take the time and write this. More
