During a needed service the technician servicing my car did not perform the service correctly. This in tern left to long term damage which the dealership did repair. My car was in and out of the dealership did not perform the service correctly. This in tern left to long term damage which the dealership did repair. My car was in and out of the dealership for four months and with them for two months waiting for a part. During my conversation with the original service rep I was spoken down to and made to feel as if I was the issue. Needless to say I have the car back and it is running well. I am now, however, left with a horrible squeaking noise as it does not sound like parts were put back correctly. I do not want to take the car back to be fixed due to how I was made to feel when I was there and for fear they will mess it up further. Sadly I will not be returning. More
