I had to bring my vehicle in 4 times before they finally resolved a recall issue. Didn't even compensate me for the time I spent in the waiting room. Rose was a fantastic service rep. I give her 5 stars. I'm taking one star away because Atlantic is not taking responsibility for a body work defect. There is a panel on the passenger side near the rear bumper that does not line up where it should. Was delivered in that state but Atlantic is claiming a "dent". If Dilligent pays to fix it, I don't care but was basically called a liar and I will not stand for that. Yes I wish I had seen this before I signed to buy, but it is obvious that it is a workmanship error. More
