Came in for service and to address a couple recalls for my 2022 Telluride SX, and was delighted by extreme customer service by Rose. She answered all of my questions with a smile, followed up on the status my 2022 Telluride SX, and was delighted by extreme customer service by Rose. Kudos to the service team for providing excellent service, and more specifically Rose, who made the experience smooth and quick! Thank you! Also, the experience was so good it lead to a purchase of a brand new 2023 Kia Forte for my daughter! Didn't resolve the problem. No communication between customers and employees. I came it to get it check out, come back 6 hours later for them to tell me, they dont have the part No communication between customers and employees. I sat their for 30 mins and came to the desk and saw her sitting their. Why are they not telling me that they are back and I can be done? More
My car battery died and the dealership had my car for about 3 weeks. Before I took it to the dealership, I had to have my car jumped several times. When I took the car to the dealership, and they told me that I would need to wait about a week for my new battery to be delivered, they did not offer a rental/loaner. They suggested at first that I can take the car and just jump it Everytime I needed to drive it. I had to ask several times for one and they finally loaned me a car. I had the car for about 3 weeks instead of the week of estimated time. Dealership called me to pick up my car because they got a temporary battery from another dealership. My battery is still on back-order. Will most likely need to follow-up with them about battery because they may forget to call me. More
I had an oil change done, and an update to the car’s computer, which was done MAD FAST!!!! I thought I’d be there an hour; instead, was in and out in almost a half hour.
