My husband and I had a good experience at Atlantic Kia with Andrew. He didn’t pressure us into a deal and tried to have us spend the least amount of time there possible (we have a toddler and newborn). He with Andrew. When the paperwork was all done, I knew that he was not paying attention to my needs. He submitted the wrong address for my paperwork. The finance manager, he is the most rude person person I’ve ever dealt with, so much to the point even the sales manager did not want to deal with him, I was gonna finish the transaction that night, but I decided I would not deal with, so my paperwork was taken from him, I was asked to come back the next day, I would get a new finance person. I did that. I went back the next day, well, I ended up having to deal with the same finance person. Well, I just wanted this whole thing to be over, so I proceeded to finish my paperwork. I signed all the documents, i remembered seeing a number that my monthly payments would be, and the name of the bank I was using. I have very good credit, no loans, I had just satisfied another car in my credit, I know my credit is good. Well a day or so later I noticed that my monthly payment’s were about $27 more than that what we had signed. And my military discount was never applied. I spoke to the finance person that was a rude individual the first day, but was nicer the second day, well he was back to his true colors. He said, you signed all the paperwork that’s what you owe, when i requested to see all the papers I signed, he couldn’t and would not show them to me, “they weren’t there” “they were filed away”. And his answer to why my military discount was never applied, because “I didn’t tell him, I didn’t bring my military form showing I was in the service” again it was one of those things that they say they will do everything for you, but let me tell you, once you sign that contract they do not care. I went back to the dealer manager a few days later, gave him a copy of my DD-214 as he was gonna submit that military discount for me…. I went back to the dealer on 8/28/24 for an oil change, about 4.5 months after I bought the car. I asked for an update, the dealer manager literally just at that time, submitted for my military discount adjustment, and best part, he lost a copy of my DD-214…. My best advice is when you go to ANY DEALER, record your conversation of the contract, take pictures or demand copies of any and every paper you sign, and if they don’t let you, it’s because something is up. I work in healthcare and although all of our paperwork is protected by hippa, if a patient requests any copy of their own paperwork, by law we can’t not withhold that. There needs to be more transparency when I comes to buying a car, it should be a better experience, not something that you hate. 1 week after I bought a Kia Seltos, I got an email from my salesman saying “congrats on your Sportage!” I absolutely love my Kia, and would buy another one day in the future, but trust me I won’t deal with the same people I dealt with, I will go somewhere else. The only person that was nice to talk to was the floor manager, the one my salesman went to, to see what the best deal would be. Otherwise my salesman man, he was clueless, the finance person, I would never in a million years deal with him again. And the dealer manager, he was nice just another person that said he was going to give me something that never happened. More

I did not had a good experience with Eren. From the Beginning he had an attitude of not helping the customer. we made a deal on 2025 carnival. the vehicle was at their storage lot. I didn't even see the car. because they didn't have the paper work. we had to wait a week to get the papers. we were so excited to see the car but we were unable to. I requested Eren to at-least send me the pictures. after finding out the color. I wanted to see if we can get a different color. I have called Eren to see if they are getting any other colors near future. he said we are getting 2 more cars but it will be 1k extra for different color. I said i don't want to pay any extra to get a different color. I was willing to wait. rather telling me that let me try. he rudely refused and said I can't help you on this. After the deal I had to call over 10 times to find out when will I be getting the car. no response from Eren. I had to go back to the dealership to find out what is going on. I had to talk directly with the GM (Vinny) to find out when will i get the vehicle. The Day of Delivery Eren was not even there to make sure everything goes smoothly. He passed his assignment to another salesman name Kamran. he was very nice respectful and went above and beyond to help us. The day of Delivery all I asked if i could get a Weather mates for this car, and the Manager Brian Okeefe respond was extremely Rude. He said "Absolutely NOT!, You bought that car under MSRP, and you got a deal on our warranty, now you want weather Mates. NO WAY." I almost left without making the deal. I felt so Embarrassed. this is Unacceptable. no customer should be treated like this. GM was off that day so i was not able to talk to him. This is my First Kia From Atlantic Kia. I would have to think twice to go back to purchase another one in future. More
