Overall, my experience at this dealership has been less than ideal and a buyer should be aware before purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Upon arriving to the dealership and test driving the car, the salesman was friendly which I appreciated. However, once sitting down to discuss pricing, the experience was uncomfortable. The sales manager, Brian O’Keefe came in to “close the deal”. As a first time auto buyer, I felt intimidated and uninformed when discussing my leasing options with Mr. O’Keefe. He was off putting when speaking and was quite aggressive when working with me to get his bottom line. He would not tell me what the final cost of the car was, even when I asked multiple times. He said it was not necessary to know the final cost of the car as I was going to lease. However, the final cost of the car would clearly affect my monthly payments as well as my ability to buy out the vehicle at the end of my lease. I’ve been talking to my cousin who works for a car dealership on Long Island and she’s confirming all of the shady tactics Atlantic used to sell this car to me. My cousin confirmed that her dealership and any reputable one is up front about how much they’re charging over MSRP. As I said, I was a first time car buyer and very intimidated by Mr. O’Keefe and I felt pressured in the moment and could not think clearly and make an informed decision. This feeling has overshadowed my happiness at getting a new vehicle and tainted the car buying experience for me. Not only issues with this sales manager, I was also promised a car with KIA connect capabilities where I could remotely start my car from my phone. After setting up the app for me, the sales people reassured me that it just took 24 hours for this app to work and it should be up tomorrow. The next day it didn’t work, and when I googled my VIN #- the car does not have it. When I called back Sunday the sales people had to look into it and check another car, just to tell me what I already knew, that the car was not equipped with this feature. When asked what can be done to help remedy this issue, I was told they would get back to me. No call the rest of Sunday or Monday. I called Tuesday and was offered floor mats. Thanks- I don’t want floor mats or a discount with your service department. I want you to buy the car back knowing that the loss you’ll take on it is because you’re putting your salesmen on the floor to make you money before they know the product you’re having them sell. Or in the very least, refund part of the mystery amount you sold me the car for over MSRP. I advise everyone to demand to know exactly what they are charging for any car you buy from them. And when they tell you “that doesn’t matter” RUN. Everyone’s job is to make money but ethically you have a responsibility as well and this dealership does not care about this big purchase you’re making just what they make on it from you. More

Thomas H is an amazing salesman! I went to Atlantic Kia to look for a Kia soul. At the moment, there weren’t any Kia Souls available but Thomas H was able to locate one for me online I went to Atlantic Kia to look for a Kia soul. Purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealer in February 2022. They also pushed me into purchasing an extended warranty plan. They said it is being accepted in all the kia dealers USA and the warranty is at 2022. They also pushed me into purchasing an extended warranty plan. They said it is being accepted in all the kia dealers USA and the warranty is attached to the VIN number of the vehicle. They LIED to me about this, none of the KIA dealers in my home state NJ are accepting this “warranty plan” and they do not see any extended warranty information on the VIN of the car. I have been trying to reach them about this for days!!! Jasmine from Finance dept, Dave the salesperson, and the manager not even bothering me to call me back. Ignoring the customer is worse than lying to them. Totally unprofessional. Once they sell you the car, good luck with getting the help you need from these people. More

Dwayne was well informed about the car and explained all its bells and whistles in full detail. He was funny, personable and honest. I truly believe he did his best to accommodate my budget and picky personality. He was very communicative, answered my many annoying phone calls and was just a real pleasure to deal with. Buying a new car is an arduous process but there are people that make it as painless and quick as possible and that’s Dwayne Roberts! I love my NEW (used) KIA SPORTAGE. More
Horrible, my husband and I came down here like 3 weeks ago, I have my daughter make me an account for google for this. Whatever, calls my husband for an appointment to come take a look at a specific sportage, We come in on a Sunday, and they tell us she’s not there I’m like ok, can you find someone else, they find someone else, and as we are doing the process, there’s more fees for another vehicle similar to that one that the lady had told us. I left mad, how are you going to lie to us that the vehicle is there and it’s NOT THERE!!!!! Liane is a horrible salesperson irresponsible and a liar, that is upsetting to lie to a customer and makes us drive here an hour for the vehicle not being there, not including the fact that I had to wait for like 2 hours just to be helped and extremely expensive. More
