Purchased a Kia Carnival from this dealer in February 2022. They also pushed me into purchasing an extended warranty plan. They said it is being accepted in all the kia dealers USA and the warranty is at 2022. They also pushed me into purchasing an extended warranty plan. They said it is being accepted in all the kia dealers USA and the warranty is attached to the VIN number of the vehicle. They LIED to me about this, none of the KIA dealers in my home state NJ are accepting this “warranty plan” and they do not see any extended warranty information on the VIN of the car. I have been trying to reach them about this for days!!! Jasmine from Finance dept, Dave the salesperson, and the manager not even bothering me to call me back. Ignoring the customer is worse than lying to them. Totally unprofessional. Once they sell you the car, good luck with getting the help you need from these people. More

Dwayne was well informed about the car and explained all its bells and whistles in full detail. He was funny, personable and honest. I truly believe he did his best to accommodate my budget and picky personality. He was very communicative, answered my many annoying phone calls and was just a real pleasure to deal with. Buying a new car is an arduous process but there are people that make it as painless and quick as possible and that’s Dwayne Roberts! I love my NEW (used) KIA SPORTAGE. More
Horrible, my husband and I came down here like 3 weeks ago, I have my daughter make me an account for google for this. Whatever, calls my husband for an appointment to come take a look at a specific sportage, We come in on a Sunday, and they tell us she’s not there I’m like ok, can you find someone else, they find someone else, and as we are doing the process, there’s more fees for another vehicle similar to that one that the lady had told us. I left mad, how are you going to lie to us that the vehicle is there and it’s NOT THERE!!!!! Liane is a horrible salesperson irresponsible and a liar, that is upsetting to lie to a customer and makes us drive here an hour for the vehicle not being there, not including the fact that I had to wait for like 2 hours just to be helped and extremely expensive. More

I have successfully used Dealer Rater in the past and wanted to do so again . I selected Atlantic Kia. I determined that Tom Hirschey was a well reviewed salesperson and I decided to contact him. Unfortunately when I arrived at the dealership I was advised that Tom was off and Amher Iqbal was assigned to help. Ahmer was a very nice young man who provided a test drive of a Kia Soul that interested me .There was one Soul on the sales floor that included a sign on the windshield that said that due to the current situation in the car market, there would be a 17.5 percent markup on the vehicle. Ahmer seemed new to the business and was only able to answer my questions after consulting with his manager in another room on multiple occasions .We got close to an agreement on a Soul lease when I was given what I thought were final numbers.I asked if the numbers included taxes and fees and after consulting with his manager, Ahmer said that taxes and fees were not included in the initial offer. The monthly lease payment would actually increase $30 per month. I left the dealership frustrated after 2 hours of negotiating for a vehicle that I was truly interested in acquiring. Moments later Ahmer called and said that he might be able to change some numbers. I had a dog crated at home and told Ahmer that I was unable to return and asked him to E-mail a proposal for my consideration. He said that he would. He never did. A few days later I decided that I wanted to move ahead with the Soul but I wanted to do a purchase instead of a lease. I went to the Kia website and researched their financing offers. I also went to the Geico on line car buyer's site through True Car and was provided prices from the dealership.I have an 800 credit score and I planned on making a large down payment. I called salesman Tom Hershey and explained my experience with Ahmer. I told Tom that I was interested in a Kia on line financing offer that I found on the Kia website. I added that I had also been provided dealer pricing through Geico/True Car.. After asking what my credit score was, Tom told me that the offers on the Kia website were only for "top tier customers" with credit scores above 820. He told me that Atlantic Kia could offer financing through a captive lender for about 1.5 percent higher than what was being offered by Kia. Tom added that due to the current condition of the automotive market, potential buyers should realize that Kia financing offers and True Car sale prices were unrealistic and impossible for Atlantic Kia to honor. I moved on from the Kia Soul and obtained a similar vehicle from another manufacturer at the price and financing offered on their website and available through True Car and Edmunds. Based on my experience at Atlantic Kia I would highly recommend choosing another dealership for your car buying needs. More

Words can not describe my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by this establishment. In addition to their incompetence, the sheer rudeness and disrespect directed towards me from none other than the manager AZ is appalling. It completely awes me that someone with so little regard for a customer can be called a "manager". I have never encountered anyone who is so unfit for their position. Needless to say, customer service is not their specialty. When purchasing a car their are so many other options available, there is no need to ever go here. If you do find yourself looking to feel truly downtrodden look no further. For the unfortunate lot who do find themselves needing to purchase a car from this disreputable and disrespectful dealer ask for Camryn, somehow the only respectful, helpful, and genuine employee in this charade.
