My experience with Atlantic Kia was amazing from the moment I walked in. Show room was beautiful very clean. The manager was very courteous offered a refreshment, I sat with Billy Ducasse who was swift moment I walked in. Show room was beautiful very clean. The manager was very courteous offered a refreshment, I sat with Billy Ducasse who was swift in helping me obtain the deal I wanted. From there it was a whirlwind of excitement all the cars moved out the showroom a pretty red bow placed on my newly purchased car. Sales team came over congratulating me, the manager Brian took out a big red bow and placed it on my hood and took a picture with me. So I could send to my kids and family. They went above and beyond, even vacuumed out my rental and took it back to enterprise for me. My experience was fantastic. From a very unfortunate event of me losing my car due to an accident and being upset, and then walking into this showroom feeling heard and seen was top notch. I drove away in my brand new Kia carnival with a gigantic smile on my face. More
