Brought my car in for oil change. There was also a recall on my car. They didn’t have the part so I had to come back and get a courtesy vehicle. They gave me an electric car. I didn’t mind because I always wanted to try an electric vehicle. I enjoyed it until I had to charge it which is inconvenient. It actually cost more than gas. My car was at the dealership for a little over three weeks I later found out the registration on my courtesy vehicle was expired. When I went to pick my car up finally after three weeks, I was expecting it to at least be washed and vacuumed on the inside, but it wasn’t just a very disappointing three weeks. More

It's easy access for the dealership and super clean and comfortable to wait at. Music is a bit loud if you have work to do. Would have rated yes except for the fact after doing the 15000 mile recommended service for $350 they returned the car and the service tech. left the passanger seat fully flat out and they didn't even run t 15000 mile recommended service for $350 they returned the car and the service tech. left the passanger seat fully flat out and they didn't even run the car thru a car wash. I know that the mech. had to move the car seat all the way back to replace the cabin filter but the customer should not have to put the care back to it's original position ,The dealer and the mechanic who performed the service HAS to do that before returning the car. Also the dealership should return the car after running it thru the car wash,which they didn't do. THAT'S WHAT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's what makes you go back to the dealership you bought the car from. This is the second time I brought my car in for service and was DISSAPOINTED. I question going back again. I really don't need to sit for 3 hours and then have to put my car back to where it was prior to bring it in for service, A clean car with everything as it was before bringing it in IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHERE IT'S GUYS. That's what bring's them back. More
