Dear manager, thank you for your response. We have been to your store twice for this issue, but nobody wanted to help us resolve it. I am very disappointed with this deal. We agreed on a final price during the negotiation with the salesman, but the financial manager surreptitiously added an additional fee. He failed to disclose this additional charge at the time of signing the paperwork. Upon seeking clarification, the financial manager attributed this additional charge to a destination fee. Our negotiations pertained to the car price, not a price that was reduced by the destination fee. This situation is entirely unacceptable. If a destination fee was to be included, it should have been transparently communicated prior to finalizing the agreement. Furthermore, while his explanation indicated that the destination fee is an extra charge not encompassed in the negotiated car price, there is no specific line item for this fee in the document provided to me; it was instead integrated into the overall car price. This discrepancy raises concerns of inconsistency and warrants further clarification.
