I purchased a 2021 Kia Sorento SX about 3 weeks ago, the sales experience was great, my issue is the Service Department. About 3 days after the purchase, the panoramic roof would not close and they told me sales experience was great, my issue is the Service Department. About 3 days after the purchase, the panoramic roof would not close and they told me to bring it in. They told me the morning I brought it in that they would check it out and let me know what the issue was. Well, they never bothered to call me back, so I called them Friday to find out the Service Department was closed. Pretty unprofessional to not have an update before they left that they would need to keep my vehicle over night. While they were able to close the roof, it was not fixed and they were waiting on a part that needed to be ordered. They told me I could pick it up on Saturday and the part would be coming in between 3-5 days. After not hearing from them for 6days, I called them and found out that the part was indeed still not in. Im very unhappy and would rather direct people to another dealership instead of having to deal with the lack of professionalism in the service department. More

My visit for an oil change went smoothly. Kevin reviewed the car's history and noticed that tire rotation is due soon so that was done too.
