Mr. Grosso informed me that he and or his crew spotted additional spots on the hood. I asked if the extended bumper-to-bumper coverage I paid extra for covers this and was told paint is not covered. This made me totally unhappy with the Hyundai brand. It is a 2018 and shouldn't have this issue. However, he would let Hyundai know and said it would take 3 to 4 days for them to get back to him and he would let me know if they would help me. It has been 25 days with no response. Either I am forgotten by Atlantic Hyundai or corporate Hyundai didn't respond to Mr. Grosso. Meanwhile, the paint job has peeled even worse. More
The most corrupt dealer that I have ever tried to do business with. We ordered a car at a set price. They sold it our from underneath us. They told us another identical car would come in for 2-4 days and that it was in transit. The car came ion and we went to sign the papers and magically the price of the car went up 70.00 per month. The sales manager was an animal at listening to reason. I would NEVER do business with this company again. I understand that there is a shortage and dealers need to go over MSRP to keep their heads above water but, trying to tally rip off customers is totally out of line. When I told the sales manger that this is not right that you are not honoring the price for a few days ago he basically told me to pound sand. STAY CLEAR.. This is who they are. More
I have been looking for an Inoiq 5 (electric car) everywhere. I worked with Patsy Bellomo to find a great vehicle very quickly. Because I live far away, I actually had to buy it sight unseen. He trea everywhere. I worked with Patsy Bellomo to find a great vehicle very quickly. Because I live far away, I actually had to buy it sight unseen. He treated me with respect every step of the way and went the extra mile to turn the car and process around as quickly as possible. There were a lot of moving pieces because I am located out of state (plan extra time at the dealership), but I have the car now and I love it! More
I brought my car in for oil change and recall on Aug 6 @ 8am. I had to leave it and was told car should be ready around 2pm. I heard nothing so I called my service advisor, Christopher Kearney at 2:58pm. 8am. I had to leave it and was told car should be ready around 2pm. I heard nothing so I called my service advisor, Christopher Kearney at 2:58pm. Spoke with someone who advised he was unavailable and would call me back. At 4:10 I called back as I never hear from him. I left a voicemail message. At 4:57 I called again and left another message. I arrived at the dealership at about 5:45 to find the service department was closed. We went to the Toyota dealer next door and they were able to bring my car to us. I was told that someone would call me to offer a voucher for detailing my car but never received a call. I emailed the service mgr, Tim Turnbull who responded that he would call me to discuss my service experience. Waited 2 days with no response so emailed the General Mgr, Peter Szorze (?) and thought he would be interested to know about my poor service experience and no response from him either. This is my 3rd car with this dealership and most likely my last. I have given ample time for management to respond to the fact that they had my car for over 9 hours with no correspondence. I never received a survey after my service - I wonder why..... More

I purchased a car from this dealership in he beginning of February this year. Purchase was fast and my sales person was Sandra Redway. After taking the car I waited for the title to arrive in mail and it nev February this year. Purchase was fast and my sales person was Sandra Redway. After taking the car I waited for the title to arrive in mail and it never did. By calling Hyundai customer service I learned that Title was issued on a totally different person by the Atlantic Hyundai. I found that Title was issued to a person leaving in another state. I tried to contact dealership multiple times . I spoke to sales Manager Martin Flores and did not get any answer. Mr Flores was irritated and upset. Sandra Redway never returned her calls or text messages. The dealership is still to be contacted and did not care that situation is to be reported to Federal Trade Commission. At this time I am still waiting for the response. More
Unprofessional and dishonest. Go anywhere else. I purchased a car from them in March, 2022. The salesman I dealt with is Aaron Thompson. This guy is a total charlatan. Don’t f Go anywhere else. I purchased a car from them in March, 2022. The salesman I dealt with is Aaron Thompson. This guy is a total charlatan. Don’t fall for his disingenuous charms. Trust me. Before I signed the contract, I told him I had to leave my old car there for a couple days until I could get a ride back there. No problem, he said, you just have to leave me your key so I can move your car to a secure parking spot where it won’t get stolen off our lot. Strange, I thought, but not unreasonable. Ok done. A couple days later I reminded him I was coming and needed my key back. Right away, I should have known something was up because he didn’t respond. I get there and the car is parked right where I left it. Worse, he tells me he can’t find my key/fob. xxx??? Don’t worry, he promised, I’ll find it and send it to you right away. Foolishly I agreed and used my valet key to take the car home. After more than a week of radio silence, I texted him to ask about the key. He said he needed more time to find it. And thus began a three month saga of excuses, delays, and flat out lies. All documented via text. After a month, I finally got a manager on the phone after leaving 4 messages. The manager (Greg) told me that Aaron told him he’d already returned my key! When I explained that I had dozens of texts to the contrary, he finally offered to send me a replacement key fob. Fine, I said, but you have to pay to have it programmed and to have a new key cut. Fast forward several weeks and numerous follow-up texts to Aaron (which were mostly ignored), I finally got the fob. It cost $193 to have my local Hyundai dealer program the fob and cut a new key. I immediately sent a copy of the invoice to Aaron who promised to reimburse me. But then he gave a series of excuses, delays, lies, etc. Only when I told him I was going to report it to the Attorney General did he return my texts and promise to send the reimbursement. But he didn’t. And then he just ghosted me. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THAT COMES OUT OF AARON THOMPSON’S MOUTH. Do not trust this dealership as the managers cover for this dishonest and despicable behavior. Ignore this advice at your peril. More
Service is the worst experience have to always bring car back for same problem or a new one, took 3 times to get proper wheel alignment. Put wrong tires on car too back for same problem or a new one, took 3 times to get proper wheel alignment. Put wrong tires on car too More
This dealership lied to me multiple times by multiple employees. The only conclusion is it's encouraged by management. Calling the dealer to ask about incoming cars, was told at least 5 were coming in t employees. The only conclusion is it's encouraged by management. Calling the dealer to ask about incoming cars, was told at least 5 were coming in that were not sold. Once I got in the door less than 2 hours later, was told no only one is coming in and they price gouged more than any other dealer when they stated they would not do that on the phone. Then shown two used cars, decided I'd like one of the used cars and was told it was sold. This dealership should be avoided at all costs. More
