Christopher Mooney is the single greatest employee i have ever witnessed in my 67 years. Fawad Hosman from finance is a THIEF and horrific to work with. After being told by many employees that they do have a customer loyalty program Fawad said no that the loyalty is through the bank if you fina with. After being told by many employees that they do have a customer loyalty program Fawad said no that the loyalty is through the bank if you finance through Hyundai which I have never done. He also was trying to charge 1k more than the posted sales price of the car online and then he was adding an additional 1k for admin fees. So he wanted 2k more than the listed sales price online. He said you can't buy the cars online so those prices are meaningless. He lost a long-time customer's business. More
I was inquiring for used car and conversation moved to the new car by Sales rep. He said the price of car inflated, so when I said the same car is selling for lower price in PA where I live and he started the new car by Sales rep. I was going to purchase a 2023 Hyundai Venue Limited from Atlantic Hyundai for my 80 year old mother today on May 19, 2023. My initial experience with a salesmen by the name of Matt Threadgill was a very bad one. I asked to deal with a new sales person & was assigned to Ritik Khanna who was reasonable to deal with. My mom arrived to complete the purchase today & was treated rudely & when she sat down with the finance manager it was a nightmare experience. Ritik Khanna called me to complete the transaction & the Finance Manager was extremely rude to me & my 80 year old mother, they hung up on me. Needless to say we did not make the purchase & will never deal or recommend Atlantic Hyundai to anyone, they are disgustingly rude & try to take advantage of customers & are very shady with their private financing & do not participate with the Hyundai Financing offers thru Hyundai. Beware of this dealership they are xxxxxxxx to put it mildly. More
I was nervous about purchasing a Tucson Plug-in from out of state, but needn't have been. A paperwork hold up meant I had to call Atlantic Hyundai after our 30-day travel plate expired, but Ed was great about getting to the bottom of it and helping to resolve the situation. When everything goes perfect it's easy for a salesperson to be nice, but the fact that Ed cheerfully assisted me with the issue so long after the sale is a testament to the fact that he is in this for the long haul. As a matter of fact, I have every intention of going back to him if or when we upgrade to a Genesis or an EV. More
