Atlantic Hyundai responded privately asking me to contact the GM which I did. He didn't care at all and told me someone else will call me to discuss what happened and that person never called. The horrible customer service obviously starts at the top at Atlantic Hyundai.

Atlantic Hyundai reached out to the customer today. We have apologize for the service and way he was treated. It is not the dealership intent to make any customer feel the way this customer did and for that we apologize. Sandra Dellolio our Internet Director reached out personally and told Eric that if he wanted a vehicle he could work directly with her. He would receive the price listed on the website and would be able to purchase the vehicle with no agenda but to put him into the right vehicle. We know that the customer in the end is why we are in business and we hope that his experience teaches us that we need to listen and hear our customers. Again Eric, we hope you accept our apology.
