This is the most awful experience I ever had to lease a car. My temporary permit is expired, I still have no plates, can’t register and inspect a car, can’t even legally drive it. Christopher Mooney is the single greatest employee i have ever witnessed in my 67 years. Fawad Hosman from finance is a THIEF and horrific to work with. After being told by many employees that they do have a customer loyalty program Fawad said no that the loyalty is through the bank if you fina with. After being told by many employees that they do have a customer loyalty program Fawad said no that the loyalty is through the bank if you finance through Hyundai which I have never done. He also was trying to charge 1k more than the posted sales price of the car online and then he was adding an additional 1k for admin fees. So he wanted 2k more than the listed sales price online. He said you can't buy the cars online so those prices are meaningless. He lost a long-time customer's business. More
