On 9/17/23, we met salesman Ed Brightman in person after a few phone calls the day before. GO SEE ED ! I’m not gonna lie- I hate the whole car buying process. You’re there so long it starts to feel like a hostage situation. Ed is all gas no breaks. Listen, it's notoriously the worst dealership on Long Island. If they have the car you want, it's probably not worth dealing w/ these people regardless. Just wait for the car at any other dealership. They will lie directly to your face and pressure you to pay made up fees. You can likely get those removed, but it will be a complete fight to get it done that will take multiple days and a lot of time. The finance department are complete crooks as well. Just stay away from here unless you are ready for a complete battle w/ a bunch of terrible people. More

I am now 5 months post purchase of my vehicle and I still do not have the rugs for this vehicle. After 3 months of waiting and being ignored I decided to leave a negative review on multiple platforms. This g do not have the rugs for this vehicle. After 3 months of waiting and being ignored I decided to leave a negative review on multiple platforms. This got their attention! I finally received a call back from someone claiming to be a customer experience manager. She said she would help me get my rugs and asked that I take down the negative review in a show of good faith. She said if I take down the review she would send me a tracking number for the rugs right away. I told her that I would take down the review but only AFTER I received the rugs. She insisted that I take the review down right away. After a lengthy back and fourth and her insisting I take the review down first she finally realized that I was not going to budge on taking down the review until I get my rugs first. It was then that she said the rugs are on back order and I haven't heard from her since (or anyone else there). If they are on back order, what tracking number was she going to send? I am now confident that if I deleted the review, I'd still be rugless. Afterwards I went to the Hyundai website to see if they were on back order and needless to say they were not. They were available for purchase!!!For them to call me and tell me that I need to delete the review before I get my rugs is taking Shady Dealerships to a whole new level. This is next level dishonesty and corruption. If you are looking from buying at this dealership be aware that they will stoop down to any level and are capable of lying about everything. You'd think I was asking for a new car when you see the effort they are putting in to not give me rugs worth less that $200. If they are willing to do all this for a set of inexpensive rugs what do you think they would do to not honor a pricey warranty item? This is the kind of dealership everyone warns you about!! More
