Car Buying Made Very Easy!!! I came to Atlantic knowing what I wanted as I had done my research and checked pricing elsewhere. As a 4 time buyer at Atlantic I was already well awa I came to Atlantic knowing what I wanted as I had done my research and checked pricing elsewhere. As a 4 time buyer at Atlantic I was already well aware of their outstanding service and repair ability so I new it would be a good buying experience. But even I was surprised to find out how good an experience it would be. Within 20 minutes I had purchased my new 2018 Tucson. This was accomplished due to the excellent help I received from Sandra Redway, my salesperson, and especially from Chris Pompeo, the sales manager who truly made the deal happen by knowing what it takes to satisfy a customer. Not only did I receive the best pricing but the professionalism shown by these 2 people was a sheer pleasure. As indicated, this is my 4th purchase and the 7th car purchased by my family. With people like Sandra and Chris at Atlantic Hyundai, this "tradition" will certainly continue. More

They are in cahoots with certain finance companies which gives them kickbacks to coerce the buyer to sign for an o This dealer is the absolute worst. They are in cahoots with certain finance companies which gives them kickbacks to coerce the buyer to sign for an outrageous interest rate. How I know this is because Russ the finance guy told me he could only get me financed with this one particular company, so without signing any paperwork, I went to another dealer who was able to see who they ran my credit with and low and behold, he only put it through that one company. Funny that the other dealer was able to get me financed for the same length term but with a fraction of the interest rate! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, IT IS BY FAR THE WORST STORE JOHN STALUPPI OWNS! He should only know what goes on here, because I know two people who work at one of his other stores and they operate nothing like these crooks. They also have sales people who don't know s*** from a hole in the wall about car sales and how the business works. My salesman, Mike S. was not knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted or how the car business and insurance worked. In fact, the experience was so nerve wracking I needed to take a xanax (prescribed for me of course). Mike S. asked me what I was taking and when I told him he actually had the nerve to ask me for one....REALLY! JUST TAKE HEED AND STAY AWAY More

If you are going to buy a car here then be prepared to pay considerably more than indicated on a window sticker or price list. I am going to file a complaint with state consumer protection agency and the Federal Trade Commission, because I do not see another way. Stay away from this place!!! Save your money and time! More

When they went to sit and do paperwork with the finance guy Jesse (mind you insurance and all information was transferred to the new car) they where given a completely different term in payments because the credit didn’t qualify for the tier that Sandra said was approved. Jesse was extremely rude and disrespectful to my parents and told them o well this is what your credit is just accept it. I come home today to fine a credit card charged for $500 bucks and no credit. I went to the dealership and spoke with Lindsey (probably the only nicest person in that place) and explained to her what happened. When we called Sandra over she wanted nothing to do with me and walked away. Lindsey (again super nice) went to Jesse to find out what went on. He proceed to tell me that I wasn’t there and my parents are lying. He then comes back and shares personal information of the lease and credit approval with me on my parents. Mind you I was NOT the buyer my parents are and they weren’t present. HELLO PRIVACY ACT!!! He proceeds to snatch my credit card out of my hand and walks away from me. This dealership has a bad reputation of the typical bait and switch. They give the good sales people and honest ones a bad reputation. I was then standing outside (by the new car my parents leased) and Jesse comes out flings the credit receipt at my and tells to sign here and as he’s walking away tells me enjoy the new car in a snarky way. Lindsey went above and beyond and I’m thankful to her for that but it’s in your best interest to stay away. It doesn’t matter how many awards you have on your desk because they mean nothing because of all the lies you say to sell the cars. I cant believe that people are allowed to be treated this way. It seems like there are many others that have the same issue. It also doesn’t seem that any management doesn’t read these because the issues aren’t addressed and keep happening. Bought my first car through him and he convinced me to finance my car from a lease. I was going over miles but not enough to warrant maybe $3,000 worth of overages by the time my lease was up based off the .25 cents per mile over. So, he advised that its in my best interest to finance the car to avoid the penalties. So, being that he was my rep i had trusted he would do the best thing for me. Instead, being that its my first car and not very knowledgeable of how financing works, he and the finance manager took advantage of me. I financed the car for $25,000 plus interest over 6 years! It was not explained at all in detail on how it work, i thought that i was buying out the remaining amount that the car was worth for just another 4 years (since i had already paid 2). He was quick to rush me and make me sign the papers with the finance manager. i waited almost 5 hours all together for documents. I now am stuck with almost $15,000 of negative equity in this car. How can anyone in there right mind think that financing a car after 2 years for more than its worth BRAND NEW is in the better interest of the consumer? Horrible human being and even worse salesmen. Congrats on your commission. I will never buy a car from atlantic hyundai again. Bunch of crooks! More
