After doing my homework, you guys were next...I was impressed with Manny Ramirez and the way he handled my requests, he did a great job of presenting the auto to me. He directed me to what I was looking for and told me he could either accompany me to answer my questions or I could come in when I was ready to ask further question. He accompanied to the row of cars I was interested in, answered my questions and pointed out a few things about the car I never thought to ask about but ultimately caused me to purchase my new car. My salesperson negotiated a fantastic deal for me which included the trade in of my 12 year old car. I was then helped by the Finance Consultant, Sales Manager, and the original salesperson in filling out all of the required paperwork. I was told how much was actually required to complete my purchase and while my car was being prep I went home to get a check for the down payment. When I returned the salesperson continued to assist me through the required steps with the assistance of a cashier and another salesperson taking me through turning in my old car and setting up my new car including pairing my phone with my car. They went through every aspect of my car needed for me to drive it home and answered every question I asked about my car before leaving me. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed into anything. Everyone was knowledgeable, upbeat, and courteous. I have received multiply phone and e-mail messages to confirm I was happy with the way I was treated and my new car. More

It's warranty clearly proves the issue. "Best Warranty In America - 10 years-100000 miles. That alone should be enough and the combination of a test drive and a good price, a person has to be happy with the purchase. The salesman we had was Mike Toomey and he was the best, his knowledge of both vehicles we were interested in was extensive. We drove both vehicles and made our decission on the Sonata. I also want to thank him for his patience with us we went back and forth many times with each vehicle (they were both excellent vehicles)and went with the Sonata finally due to the bigger interior.Once again Thank You.
