I have had other issues in the past with stuff that was supposed to be done to the car that was not but the Business Manager fixed that problem and solved the issue and did the right thing by me. Overall I am very happy my service person John he is always very nice and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. More
Absolute worst These people are liars and crooks. After agreeing to tirn in my Honda Pilot we which was still on lease, I was assuref by the now fired salesman that These people are liars and crooks. After agreeing to tirn in my Honda Pilot we which was still on lease, I was assuref by the now fired salesman that i would pay no charges on the Honda. Yesterday. I received a bill for $1200 for damages to the Honda. I called management and they said they performed an investigation, low and behold the investigation was concluded that the dealership was not responsible for those charges. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY More

Having nev I went into the showroom to look at the Hyundai Sonata. I was directed to a salesman, Matt Iaboni, which greeted me with a welcoming smile. Having never owned a Hyundai or even had much interest in the brand, Matt changed my mind real quick. One thing that resonated with me was his passion and knowledge of the cars he was selling. I learned so much that day, never feeling rushed and more and more interested in the Hyundai company. I went from looking for the Sonata to buying the 2019 Genesis G80 Sport. For the first time in a long time I was excited about buying a new car, the last time being 1985, when I drove home in a new Nissan 300ZX !! Great job Matt, I hope you are commended for your professionalism, knowledge, and kind demeanor !! More
Battery check I was sold a brand new 2017 sonata. I just started having battery issues with the car This year. I took it to the Hyundai dealer immediately the first I was sold a brand new 2017 sonata. I just started having battery issues with the car This year. I took it to the Hyundai dealer immediately the first time I experienced battery issues. After thier assessment they tell me I have a third party battery in my car and they won’t cover it or my warranty won’t cover it. I tried to explain myself that I never switched batteries this is the first time since I bought the car that I am having battery issues and second why would I go anywhere else to change battery and get charged a fee when I know I can come to Hyundai and get it swapped for free because I know it is covered under the warranty. They gave me hard time I asked for the manager the manager never came to speak with me rather the guy at the desk says his manager is aware but he is goin to tell you the same thing. I was so disappointed with the service because I love my care but I am never going back to them again once my lease is up. I get penalized for something they did which was to sell a customer a car with a third party battery. Right now I am driving a car that is not safe I have a baby with me the car can shut off any given time. They refused to help me because they won’t cover a third party battery which I had nothing to do with because I have NEVER switched out the battery. I am the only one who uses my car no one else. they are implying I swapped the battery and I never did. It makes no sense. I got no help the problem wasn’t solved I tired escalating the issue the manager never came to talk to me. The wait was terrible took almost half the day to get the car checked out. They don’t care about thier customers nor thier safety they care about putting money in thier pockets. More

ABS Module warranty replacement The service department at Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip really came through with the replacement of the defective ABS module in my vehicle at no char The service department at Atlantic Hyundai in West Islip really came through with the replacement of the defective ABS module in my vehicle at no charge. My 2008 Hyundai Veracruz was a month and half out of its original warranty and with the help of service advisors Jonathan Roque and John Grasso the defect was resolved. Long service wait Took car in for oil change and check front wheel bearings. Car is still under warranty. I was there for 4 hrs and 54 minutes WITH an appointment.
