After spending quite sometime between the Nissan showroom and the Hyundai showroom, I was very pleasantly approached by Farrell Shapiro. He was the only one among many sales people to acknowledge me. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant. Bob Wasilko was down to earth, not pushy, and explained everything thoroughly. We purchased a new 2000 Elantra Station Wagon and have had it for 11 years and never had to use the 10 year bumper to bumper coverage. It had over 160,000 miles on it and yesterday we traded our Elantra in for a new 2011 Hyundai Veracruz. Since we had such a good experience with our Hyundai it was a "no brainer" on which type car to choose. However, we did our due diligence and went to Ford, Subaru, Chevy and Nissan to be sure we did not want to purchase a different make, and after our shopping was completed we came back to Hyundai. Our salesman could not have been more helpful and made us immediately feel at ease when discussing the different vehicle options. He was receptive to our price negotiations and gave us the best deal out of all of the other car dealers we had visited. Hyundai also matched the rate our credit union offered so we were able to obtain a further discount by utilizing Hyundai financing. Since it has been 11 years since I have had a new car, I feel more confident that we choose Hyundai since its reputation speaks for itself. Thank you Steve for all of your help! The one thing I liked most was that she made it a relaxed atmosphere and she wasn't pressureing or force feeding you the car.
