Bad customer service I brought my car in for service and a recall. The service adviser treated me like I was a bother. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours .I finally wen I brought my car in for service and a recall. The service adviser treated me like I was a bother. I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours .I finally went up to him as he was eating he said he looked for me. I didn't move from my seat. So he tells me my keys are at the cashier. No thank you no nothng.I own 2 Hyundai's I will not take them back there for service. More

Taken for a ride I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years. I am on my 5th Sonata with them. And all I can say is buyer beware. They do not care about the co I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years. I am on my 5th Sonata with them. And all I can say is buyer beware. They do not care about the consumer, all they care about is making money off you. On January 23 ,2019 I had a 10:30 am appt for a recall & oil change on my 2017 Sonata. Before I barely sat down Gary from sales came and grabbed me because I only had 12240 on my car. As a customer service They wanted to offer to buy out my lease that I only had 2yrs left on and finance instead. Never showing me the breakdown, lieing about my monthly payment and covering the whole contract and just directing me where to sign. Ending up i now I am paying $31000 for a used car over 84 months at 66 years old. I even contacted the manager and we care with no response at all.I don,t think they care at all and I will not be returning to them. More
