To be honest, I'm still kind of amazing that we had planned on getting the process started yesterday, but ended up driving off the lot with a great deal on a car we love. The rating is based on the sales rep ( friendliness & knowledge ) and how he and the dealership worked together to get me in a car FAST this weekend! The dealership & rep was able to put me in a new car very quickly and also presented me with a couple of options ( lease versus buying ). I went with the lease and it gives me the flexibility I need ( budget ). The Sales Rep was extremely knowledgable about the cars I test drove ( Elantra and Sonata ). Buying a car is extremely nerve wracking to start, but Russ was able to aleve some of anxiety once we settled on a price and the afforability of the payments. It was a no brainer.
