I have been a customer of Atlantic Hyundai since 2008 and have been extremely pleased with their attitude towards their customers. I have always be a "welcomed guest" in their sales store and in their servi have been extremely pleased with their attitude towards their customers. I have always be a "welcomed guest" in their sales store and in their service department. I have to say that they are great at "customer relations" and at delivering a product for a reasonable price. I drive to the dealership all the way from Queens County just because of the great experiences I have there each time I go. It's a drive for me.....but.....I have never been treated as well.....in other Hyundai dealerships in Queens! Atlantic Hyundai goes that extra mile to satisfy their customers. I have sent a few friends of mine to the dealership and they have not been disappointed. Hats off to all the employees at Atlantic Hyundai. I just picked up another Sante Fe today as I have had a good experience with the previous one I owned. I'm sure I'll be back again when it's time to service my new 2012 Sante Fe! This is not my first Hyundai purchase. I also own a 2001 Sonata that just turned 100,000 and is driven by my son. It has been a terrific vehicle and that is why I decided to purchase a second one. I cannot remember the name of the man who set up my financing but he was also very thorough. I have an absolutely clear expectation because he explained all of my options in detail. More

The atmosphere appeared to be one of 'organized confusion'. It took approximately 4 hours from apprival to departure while most of the time was spent waiting on seeing someone in the process.
