When I went to drive the new car off the lot I noticed the entire drivers side window was scratched like someone hit it with a steel wool pad for a few minutes. There is NO way the person drove the car to the front of the lot didn’t see this. I was given a we owe and told I’d get a call the next morning. I didn’t get any call by late afternoon so I called service myself. They said I have to bring the car in to be looked at and then they could order the parts. So I have to be inconvenienced by going to service twice. Also they only out one screw in the rear license plate and it’s hanging downward. More

Absolutely Horrible customer service . I leased a Hyundai Veloster in 2014.. they were all amazing until I walked out the door of the dealership with my car. They made promises, & did not . They were supposed to honor a referral discount I had from both my parents whom OWN Hyundai vehicles. They did not honor nor give me any explanation as WHY i never received it . They took my information, license & address..BUT NEVER sent me the check. I contacted Hyundai Corp.. and received NO answer as well. I will NEVER go back to this dealership, nor will I EVER REFER anyone to them!!!. (I had 2 friends and a family member whom were interested in a Hyundai vehicle)and I sent them else where so they can get the service they need. More

Arguing the point and even saying he had the conversation taped..well management should go to the tape as red with black top was the only color I specified prior to the appointment..Other staff members were extremely rude as well and I now totally understand why there are so many other reviews about the same. Don’t waste your time like I did! More
My son just graduated college, got a job, and wanted to purchase a new car. Hyundai was on his short list, and with Hyundai offering a promotion of a $50 gift card to test drive a car, even better. Salesman's response when I mentioned the gift card was; are we just here for the gift card? No, I'm a car buff, have 6 cars, make a decent living, and $50 is not going to change my life....my son was in the market for a car, and if an incentive is offered to drive a car we shouldn't feel like we're trying to get over. End result, we never received the gift card, nor a response to my inquiries. My son liked the Hyundai but bought a KIA Optima, partly because of the dealership. In my 65 years I have bought many cars and just found the vibe of this dealership unpleasant. Will this review effect their bottom line? No, they're a big, seemingly prosperous organization, but if you want a Hyundai there are other dealerships on Long Island. More
An Awful, Incompetent Crew Trying to complete a deal at this place is like pulling teeth and then waiting, and waiting, and waiting, annnnnnnd waiting. Just a rude staff without even offering someone a glass of water when sitting in the showroom for over 4 hours. I understand people may have certain circumstances that cause deals to fluctuate or may require extra time on the phone with a bank or two, but to make people sit around for 4 hours - TWICE - is unacceptable. By the time I was told that the finance guy was incapable of making the deal, I was actually grateful. I was so amazingly tired of being stuck in the showroom, I was actually grateful they admitted they couldn't do it, so I could just leave. I have never been at a dealership where I felt so neglected, uncared for, and ignored. Good riddance. The only question I have to wonder is if they ruined my overall outlook on Hyundai, and I just move onto a new car brand, or if I just find a different dealer. But this one gets a hard pass next round. (oh and just to add - they 100% bait and switch. Advertising cars like the Ioniq for $79 but remarkably... they don't have any - AMAZING) More
Every dealing I’ve had with Atlantic Hyundai and it’s people since leasing with them this past summer has been nothing short of a headache. Day I leased the car, got the run around for over 7 hours on pr people since leasing with them this past summer has been nothing short of a headache. Day I leased the car, got the run around for over 7 hours on prices, fees, etc. Was left alone even in the dealership while they “prepared” the car for 2 hours? Prices changed every other person they carted me over to. Only would accept cash payment for thousands of dollars up front. Should have known then there is something wrong with this place. Promised to settle remaining payments for over mileage with my former lease company, and did not. Any time I reach out to get answers I do not get a response from Hyundai. They started communicating back at first, but claimed they made their payment and they do not know what this other bank is talking about. Over two weeks now I have been calling and emailing, and radio silence. Trying to wash their hands of a current paying customer. Former lease company is coming after me for their money and Hyundai continues to do nothing about it when they promised to make the payment months ago as part of my lease deal with them. Liars and terrible service. Can’t believe I’m stuck dealing with them now for years. More
I Had a good experience at Atlantic Hyundai. It is my second lease with them and I came in on a Saturday looking to get my second lease in a hurry and I was out of there before noon just in time for work second lease with them and I came in on a Saturday looking to get my second lease in a hurry and I was out of there before noon just in time for work. Then I had a minor issue with a sensor cover came back a few days later and they fixed it with in 10 minutes I was very pleased with the way they handle my needs. Thank you Patsy Franswa and Leny.
