I purchased a new 2012 elantra yesterday from this lot with my fiance. We initially went to just look around and browse but then both Michael and Brian came over just to speak to us about the quality and with my fiance. I did not feel pressured to buy anything at all. Michael told me just to take a test drive even before we spoke any prices about the car. I took it out for a drive and fell in love with it. We came back and I felt so confident and comfortable with the help of Michael and Brian to make a purchase yesterday and trade in my 2005 Nissan Altima. It was such a smooth process and was much easier that I had expected. Brian said that he would put an alarm system and remote start on the car at a later date initially but while I was there he had taken the time out of his day to find someone to put those parts into my car. I could not have asked for better treatment from both of these men and the price of the car was amazing to come fully loaded. I paid less for this car yesterday than I did for my Altima which only had the sun roof feature in it and it was a 2005. Thank you guys! I am in love with my new car! :) More
