The visual presentation was very good. There was ample customer seating, restrooms were very clean and up-to-date, customer amenities while waiting was good (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Great customer relations. I went to "Hyundai of Valley Stream 599 W Merrick Rd, Valley Stream, NY" on Monday 12/5 and walked away with a bad impression. My friend bought a 2012 Hyundai Accent from them and they did not offer her the ten year bumper to bumper warranty. I was there for hours, they never offered me anything, bathrooms were very small and just ok. As a customer you want to feel that you matter and I did not get that at the Valley Stream dealer, but I definitely felt like I mattered at Atlantic Hyundai. Visual Presentation and Customer relations is everything and Atlantic Hyundai had done their job well in these areas. More
