I've been here for service and sales. Everything was always perfect. My salesman was Andrew who was helpful and friendly. I did a lease buyout, and it was an easy process here. Went to purchase a new Palisade SUV with MSRP sticker price of $43k. After finally finding the vehicle I wanted online at both Hyundai and Atlantic's own website for the sticker price, they tell me at th price of $43k. After finally finding the vehicle I wanted online at both Hyundai and Atlantic's own website for the sticker price, they tell me at the dealership that since I wanted the car they now want to charge "market value" which is over $46k!!! What? So they are fine to advertise the MSRP on their website but if you are interested in a vehicle, they randomly hike the price up?? Who exactly is determining market value here? Atlantic?? There are plenty of Palisades available and I can order one at MSRP with the options I want, but because Atlantic already had the one I wanted on their lot, they were trying to scam me for an additional $3k!! I left their dealership and bought my $43k truck from Huntington Hyundai, who literally shook their heads at my story saying it was no surprise to them. I am annoyed I wasted 3 hours of my life with these thieves and insulted at the fact they thought I was dumb enough as a single female to be fine with it. Well, they lost a nice big sale and I've learned to warn as many people as I can about their dealership. More
John is the greatest service rep I ever worked with. I can go to Hyundai 112 (5 min from home) for service, but prefer to travel 25 min to Atlantic Hyundai so I can have John as my rep.
