This was our third experience with Atlantic Hyundai. If our other experiences weren't exceptional we would never have returned. This is our first lease and we had many questions and concerns that were quickly and thoroughly addressed. This is our third Sonata and have no doubt it will be our last. I must say that that the service department as well is extremely helpful and courteous, there is never an issue getting appointments (even at the last minute). My service appointments are always completed in timely manner. The express oil change is also very convenient! More

Buying a new car is one of the most harrowing experiences one can have -- especially when you are not prepared for it. Samantha Padilla did everything she could to provide me with the opportunity to make the purchase without feeling pressured to do so. I was conflicted between loyalty to my 2003 Santa Fe that needed some more-than-usual work or utilizing the amount I would have needed to spend on the down-payment for a new vehicle. With less-than-stellar credit (I think), I didn't think I could afford a new car just yet. I was willing to wait until the summer, but Samantha asked in a kindly manner what it would take for me to purchase the vehicle I wanted. She made it work. She did all of this without pressuring me and withstanding the pressure to help other customers who may or may not have been prepared to buy. The showroom was a madhouse, full of raucous people, being very loud. Samantha kept her poise, and even when she did take on another customer (during the periods when other dealership personnel were working on my paperwork), she never let me feel abandoned. Sure, it took lomger than I had hoped (much of the reason I wanted to postpone the purchase to another day -- even the next day), but Samantha made it more than just tolerable. I'm really happy that she was able to make things work out and I am enjoying my new 2012 Santa Fe. More
