I was shopping around for a new car and had gone to several different dealerships. Most of them were not pleasant experiences. I did not feel the pressure to just buy the first vehicle shown to me on the lot even when I told him I was not able to make the sale on my first visit because I was waiting for a check to come in as my down payment. He actually listened to what my needs were and I felt like he bent over backwards to meet them. It was the way he conducted business that made me certain and confident to come back to him a few days later and finalize the sale. Overall this dealership was a good experience. They were friendly, great customer service and follow up, and were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was my first time buying a car (drove corporate ve friendly, great customer service and follow up, and were very knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was my first time buying a car (drove corporate vehicles for 15 years prior), so I felt that my ignorance hurt in the negotiations, but that isn't on them, its on me. The price I walked away with wasn't bad, but probably could have done better (leased a 2012 Sonata SE for 335 a month). I would recommend this dealership, however, because of their service and knowledge. If you are savvy about cars they will work with you. More
