Overall, our experience at this dealership was completely dissatisfactory, These guys really reinforce the dishonest used car salesman stereotype, as almost everyone we dealt with was unprofessional and/or d dissatisfactory, These guys really reinforce the dishonest used car salesman stereotype, as almost everyone we dealt with was unprofessional and/or downright disrespectful. After we were misled about the price and the terms, they tried to renegotiate the deal after we had already reached an agreement, then we were told to our faces that our business makes no difference to them, then we were asked to make credit card payments without ever seeing a contract, and in the end, they couldn't even sell us the vehicle we were interested in because THEY LOST THE TITLE. It ended up being a total waste of time and energy, because they never did anything to even try to make it right - not to mention we unnecessarily risked exposure to COVID-19, because despite the statewide mask mandate, my 6-month-pregnant partner had to repeatedly ask these clowns to pull up their masks to cover their nose. This place is a joke. Stay away! More
